POSITION SUMMARY
The Caregiver provides direct care services to clients in their homes or community settings. This role supports clients with daily living activities while ensuring services are delivered safely, respectfully, and in accordance with care plans and organizational standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Care & Service Delivery Provide personal care and support services as outlined in client care plans. Assist clients with activities of daily living as assigned. Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients. Attendance & Reliability Arrive on time for all scheduled visits. Communicate promptly regarding schedule changes or emergencies. Complete assigned visits as scheduled. Documentation & Reporting Accurately document services delivered using approved systems. Report incidents, concerns, or changes in client condition immediately. Follow documentation and reporting standards at all times. Professional Conduct Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality. Communicate respectfully with clients, families, and team members. Follow all company policies and procedures.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience Ability to follow care plans and instructions Reliable transportation within service area Ability to pass background check and required screenings
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Home care or healthcare experience Relevant caregiving certifications Experience using mobile documentation systems

PHYSICAL AND WORK CONDITIONS
Field-based work in client homes or community settings Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and lifting Ability to assist clients with mobility as required Reasonable accommodations provided in accordance with applicable law
WORKWEEK, COMPENSATION, AND BENEFITS
This is a non-exempt, hourly position.
