We are seeking a reliable, experienced caregiver to assist in caring for a 26-year-old individual with cerebral palsy. This is an on-call position , and the ideal candidate must be flexible and available as needed within the schedule outlined below.

Schedule:

One weekend per month (typically Friday evening through Sunday afternoon) 9-12 days per quarter (set in advance) - He goes to a day program

M-F - 10AM TO 2PM

Must be available on-call for scheduled coverage periods and occasional additional needs

Responsibilities Include:

Bathing, toileting, and feeding Assistance with homework Taking him on walks Stretching and massaging Assisting with medication Accompanying to grocery store visits and doctor's appointments Traveling with family for vacations and weekend getaways Cooking and light housekeeping Other tasks as needed

Important Physical Requirement:

Must be comfortable with transfers Client is tall, approximately 80 pounds, and uses a wheelchair Hoyer lift is available and used as needed

Friendly golden doodle in the home We are an active, fun-loving family and prioritize a positive, engaging environment

Compensation:

Up to $30/hour (based on experience)

Requirements:
