Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aides to provide essential support to individuals in their homes. Ideal candidates will have caregiving experience and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they serve. You will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.
Duties may include:
Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment. Monitor and document any changes in client conditions, reporting any concerns to the office. Prepare meals according to dietary requirements and assist with meal planning. Perform light housekeeping tasks incuding cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment. Provide transportation for appointments, and errands such as shopping. Support clients with mobility needs using equipment such as Hoyer lifts, when necessary. Engage clients in social activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being. Provide care for individuals with specific needs such as Dementia care, including Alzheimer's care, or developmental disabilities. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving is preferred. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs, including autism or developmental disabilities. Ability to follow care plans and adapt to the unique needs of each client. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence and dignity. We are currently hiring for various shifts.
