Direct Support Professional Employment Type:

Full-Time / Part-Time We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced ASL Caregiver to provide direct support to an individual with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily living and personal support Communicate effectively using American Sign Language (ASL) Support community outings, appointments, and activities Assist with meal preparation and household tasks Follow the individual's support plan and safety guidelines Maintain professional communication with the care team and family Provide respectful, person-centered care

Qualifications:

ASL proficiency required Previous caregiving or direct-support experience preferred Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass required background checks and meet employment requirements Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
