The Center for Senior Wellbeing is seeking a caring and dependable Adult Day Center Caregiver to join our team. In this role, you'll provide hands-on care, companionship, and engaging activities for older adults and adults with disabilities, including individuals living with dementia and memory loss. Every day is an opportunity to help participants maintain their dignity, independence, and quality of life while providing peace of mind for their families. What You'll Do As a Caregiver, you will: Provide compassionate supervision and companionship. Assist participants with activities of daily living, including: Personal hygiene Toileting Mobility and transfers Eating and mealtime assistance Help lead and participate in recreational, therapeutic, and cognitive activities. Monitor participants and communicate changes in condition to the Adult Day Center Administrator. Prepare, serve, and clean up meals and snacks. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Follow infection control and safety procedures. Participate in staff meetings, training, and special events.
