The ideal candidate is patient, attentive, and committed to promoting comfort, safety, independence, and dignity. This role focuses on gentle guidance, structured support, and positive engagement. Responsibilities Provide assistance with daily living tasks as needed (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting) Support routines, transitions, and activities in a calm, structured manner Assist with meal preparation Provide companionship, social engagement, and encouragement in daily activities Assist with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, tidying, cleaning) Monitor and report any changes in behavior, mood, or condition Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment at all times Experience Some xperience working with individuals with autism Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Must pass background check Join us as a Caregiver if you're passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with autism!
