If you're based in the area and want caregiving work close to home, we want to meet you. We match North County caregivers with North County clients
  • so you spend less time on the freeway and more time making a difference. We're especially interested in caregivers with high-end private-duty experience and those with mental health or behavioral health backgrounds. Pay & Benefits $18.25

What You'll Do Provide compassionate, dependable in-home care for seniors Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and transfers Offer medication reminders, prepare meals, and assist with light housekeeping Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed Provide companionship and emotional support, including for clients living with dementia, anxiety, depression, or other cognitive or behavioral health conditions Observe and report changes in client condition, and communicate clearly with the care team Required Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work within the North County service area Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States High school diploma or equivalent Preferred 1+ years of professional caregiving experience (3+ years required for top pay tiers) CNA, HHA, or home health aide certification CPR/First Aid certification Bilingual English/Spanish Experience supporting clients with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, anxiety, depression, or other cognitive or behavioral health conditions Experience caring for clients in high-end or private estate settings, with demonstrated professionalism and discretion Service Area North County service area includes Escondido, Vista, Oceanside, Carlsbad, San Marcos, Encinitas, Solana Beach, Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe, Fallbrook, and surrounding communities.
