• Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide high-quality, non-medical in-home care to our clients.

Caregivers play a vital role in helping clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining safely in their homes. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing Dressing and grooming Toileting and incontinence care Eating and meal assistance Ambulation and mobility support Transfers and positioning Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with light housekeeping and daily routines as assigned Observe and report changes in client condition Maintain accurate care documentation using a smartphone Promote client safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Qualifications Minimum 1 year of professional home care caregiving experience Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance Ability to pass DOJ/FBI background screening Ability to pass a physical examination, TB test, and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with client mobility Comfortable using a smartphone for clock-ins, scheduling, and care documentation Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) Must be willing to work in at least two of our service areas: Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Sacramento, and Folsom Weekly Pay
