The ideal provider will be available 9:00 AM-12:00 PM and able to accompany her to activities and community outings within approximately 5 miles of the family home ..

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with breakfast, engaging her in table activities and play, supporting self-care and simple household routines such as making her bed and folding laundry, and providing companionship, supervision, and reassurance so she feels safe and comfortable.

Schedule & Pay:

10-15 hours per week $30/hour Payment will be made through a third-party Financial Management Company A background check will be required The ideal person is reliable, patient, enjoys working with teens, and has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
