This role involves assisting children with various needs, including those with developmental disabilities. The Respite Care provider will ensure a safe and supportive environment while promoting the well-being and comfort of clients in home. Responsibilities Assist with light snacks Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote social interaction and cognitive Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients. Document care provided and any changes in client condition accurately. Skills First aid and CPR certification are highly desirable. Strong patient observation skills to monitor any changes in behavior Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families Compassionate attitude towards providing quality support.
