What You'll Do Assist residents with daily activities, including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care Support residents with compassion while encouraging independence Monitor residents' well-being and report changes in condition Engage with residents and help create meaningful, enjoyable moments throughout the day Work closely with families and team members to provide personalized care Maintain residents' safety, dignity, and respect at all times What We're Looking For A positive attitude and genuine interest in working with seniors Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills A dependable team player who enjoys helping others Availability to work the AM shift on a rotating 4-on, 2-off schedule Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
