Role Overview:

As a Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, personal care support, meal preparation, companionship and medication reminders to our clients. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to ensure the highest standard of care and contribute to the overall well-being of those you serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and hygiene support. Assist with mobility and transfers, including the use of assistive devices. Support with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed, while following any dietary restrictions. Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness. Collaborate with our team to ensure the highest standard of care for our clients and contribute to their overall well-being.

Qualifications:

You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Have previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Compassionate and patient demeanor when interacting with clients. Ability to assist clients with daily living activities. Basic knowledge of health and safety standards in caregiving. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is available as Full-Time or Part-Time, with shifts from Monday through Sunday.

Location:

This position is on-site in central Sonoma County and Novato.
