Caregiver Bell's Cottage Senior Care Facility Hemet, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $17 an hour 12 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications CPR Certification BLS Certification High school diploma or GED Driver's License First Aid Certification Food preparation Patient emergency assistance First aid and CPR Full Job Description Caregiver 6-BED (ASSISTED LIVING) (HEMET) Full-time Holidays On call Weekend availability Day Shift Must be able to pass Live-Scan (Fingerprint) Must have CPR/First Aid U.S work authorization (Required) We are looking for a competent Caregiver to care for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. The ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help clients. Responsibilities Responsible for up to (6) residents during the shift Distribute prescribed medication Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Prepare meals Perform light housekeeping duties Be a pleasant and supportive companion Report any change in condition Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency Skills Proven experience as a caregiver Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR) Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Strong ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent
