  • 3 days per week Job Overview As a Caregiver at our Assisted Living Facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents.
You will be responsible for providing compassionate and personalized care, assisting residents with their daily activities, and ensuring their comfort, safety, and overall well-being. You will also help build trusting relationships with residents and their families while fostering a supportive, respectful, and nurturing environment. Duties Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist residents with mobility and transfers while ensuring their safety at all times. Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management as required. Prepare nutritious meals and assist residents with feeding when necessary. Engage residents in meaningful activities, conversation, and companionship. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Provide emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to residents. Monitor residents and report any changes in their condition or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Accurately document care provided and complete required shift documentation. Qualifications High School Diploma or related certification preferred. Previous caregiving or related experience preferred, but not required. Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature. Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, trustworthy, and responsible with a strong work ethic. Ability to work the 4:00 PM-4:00 AM shift . Willingness to undergo required background checks and training. Why Join Us?
