As a Service Provider, you will help clients maintain their independence while improving their overall quality of life. Responsibilities Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with personal care, as needed. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation. Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and community outings. Provide transportation to appointments and activities (when applicable). Support clients in achieving personal goals and daily living skills. Maintain accurate documentation and complete required visit notes. Follow all company policies and maintain client confidentiality. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance preferred. Ability to pass a background check. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain after hire). Excellent communication and time-management skills. Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude.
