•$21 an hour 2 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications BLS Certification First Aid Certification Full Job Description We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and attentive caregiver to provide personal care, mobility assistance, and daily living support to an independent individual in a home and community setting. Responsibilities Assist with transfers using the Sera lift between the wheelchair, bed, and shower chair Ensure proper placement of leg braces before morning transfers Provide assistance with dressing, personal hygiene, and showers as needed Assist with medications and meal preparation Complete light housekeeping, including dishes, kitchen cleanup, bathrooms, laundry, and living areas Vacuum the bedroom on scheduled days and sweep and mop nightly Take out trash after every shift and properly dispose of broken-down boxes Fold and put away clean laundry in the designated areas Rinse and properly store the urine pouch according to established instructions Ensure the electric wheelchair, phone, computer, and other requested devices are fully charged Secure personal belongings to the wheelchair before community outings Provide companionship and support during community activities, appointments, and outings Requirements CPT First Aid Live Scan Negative TB test within last two years Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for professional growth pr5gfTyeI9
