Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide attentive care for seniors in an assisted living facility. This role involves supporting residents with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our residents through empathetic and respectful care. Responsibilities Assist seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and respectful environment. Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate staff members. Help with medication reminders and ensure residents follow their prescribed routines. Support residents during meal times, including feeding if necessary. Maintain cleanliness and safety in residents' personal spaces and common areas. Follow all safety protocols and care procedures to ensure a secure environment for residents. Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members regarding resident needs. Requirements Prior experience in caregiving or working with seniors is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Compassionate nature with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting or assisting with mobility. Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. Patience, empathy, and a respectful attitude toward seniors. Must be reliable, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care. Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
