The ideal candidate has experience providing senior care and Parkinson's care and is comfortable assisting a client with mobility, personal care, bathing, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and companionship . This is a great opportunity for a caregiver looking for consistent part-time hours , with potential for additional shifts. Schedule Tuesday and Friday 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM Potential for additional hours Caregiver Responsibilities The caregiver will provide non-medical in-home care and personal care assistance , including: Parkinson's care and mobility assistance Assist with and encourage bathing and personal hygiene Provide standby assistance and support with walking and mobility Monitor for safety due to shuffling gait and tremors Assist with physical therapy exercises at home Drive the client's vehicle for grocery shopping, errands, and lunch outings Meal preparation following the client's keto diet Light housekeeping and household tasks Laundry Grocery shopping and running errands Companionship and social engagement Encourage participation in activities and maintain an engaging, positive environment Provide respectful, patient, and attentive senior home care Qualifications Previous caregiving experience required Parkinson's disease caregiving experience strongly preferred Experience with senior care, personal care, and mobility assistance Active HCA (Home Care Aide) registration Current negative TB test Valid driver's license and safe driving record Comfortable driving the client's vehicle Dependable, punctual, and responsible Patient, compassionate, and attentive Comfortable assisting with bathing and other personal care needs Able to recognize and respond appropriately to mobility and safety concerns Strong communication and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
