Part-Time Caregiver - Daytime, Overnight & Weekend Shifts Flexible Scheduling | Weekly Pay | Supportive Team Environment InBloom Home Care is hiring compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to join our growing team! We are looking for caregivers who are available for part-time work, including daytime shifts, overnight shifts, and weekends. If you are passionate about helping others, providing quality care, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities, we would love to hear from you. Scheduling opportunities may vary based on client needs and your availability. Caregiver Responsibilities Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Mobility assistance and safe transfers Personal care and incontinence care Meal preparation and light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support Dementia support and redirection Transportation and assistance with appointments, as needed Following client care plans and providing attentive, respectful care Communicating client updates with the InBloom Home Care team Qualifications Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience preferred Experience with seniors, dementia, or adults with disabilities is a plus CNA or HHA encouraged to apply Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred, depending on client assignment Basic English communication skills required Current TB test required Must pass state and federal Live Scan background check Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) preferred Must be dependable, punctual, compassionate, and able to work independently Must be willing to work assigned shifts and communicate schedule availability clearly Basic smartphone and technology skills required Must be comfortable using a mobile app to clock in and out of shifts and document care notes and client updates Must be able to learn and use InBloom Home Care's scheduling and documentation system Willingness to receive training and ask questions when needed Benefits Part-time scheduling opportunities Weekly pay Flexible scheduling based on client needs and availability Paid training Paid sick time Paid holidays Supportive and compassionate team environment Opportunities to work with a growing, family-owned home care company If you are passionate about providing quality care and making a positive impact in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply and join a rewarding position with InBloom Home Care.
