Join our dedicated team as a Live-In Caregiver, where you will provide compassionate, personalized care to my daughter in a home setting. This rewarding role involves supporting Lauren with fun activities, ensuring her safety, and promoting independence while living comfortably in their own environment. As a Live-In Caregiver, you will be an essential part of enhancing quality of life through attentive care, fostering trust, and building meaningful relationships with those you serve. Your energy and dedication will make a real difference every day! Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by observing for any changes in condition or behavior Administer medications accurately following care plans and maintain detailed documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences, ensuring proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and follow personalized care plans that promote well-being and independence Provide emotional support through active listening, companionship, and engaging activities that foster social interaction and mental stimulation Document all care activities thoroughly while respecting patient confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA standards Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes is highly desirable Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain required certifications is expected Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder (ASD) needs is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving; patience and excellent communication are essential Ability to work independently in a live-in setting while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail Embark on a fulfilling career where your caring nature transforms lives!
