Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, engaging them in age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, dressing, and nap times for infants and toddlers Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive social interactions and emotional growth Support early childhood education through teaching foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and socialization Maintain a safe environment by adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and milestones Organize engaging activities that stimulate creativity, curiosity, and physical activity in a classroom or daycare setting Requirements Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience caring for infants, toddlers, and children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members Ability to manage behavior with patience and positive reinforcement techniques Passion for nurturing children's growth and fostering a safe, supportive environment Join us in making a meaningful difference in the lives of children!
