The ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. A background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required)

Skills:

Familiar with or have a tolerance for Cold Calling Developing relationships

Qualifying Referral Sources Time Management Networking and Network Marketing Event Coordination Public Speaking Handles Rejection Well Results Oriented Aggressive and Competitive Requirements:

Transportation Full Time/Part Time Submitting Reports Sales and Marketing experience or Marketing Degree/Business Development Participate in brainstorm sessions and provide recommendations for communications strategies.

• Preparing internal and external documents Managing office supplies and marketing materials Schedule , manage employee schedules.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

• Understanding of home care office operations a plus, but not necessary.
• Strong writing skills
• Strong computer skills Fast and accurate data entry skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Self
• starter and independent producer. Social Media marketing experience a plus, but not necessary. Highly organized / Polished Professional Image/ no ego issues and cannot be frustrated easily Must work well on deadlines and under pressure to overcome obstacles in order to complete tasks / resilient approach to completing task Base salary plus commission. Profit sharing
