IHSS Care Provider - Companionship & Household Support We are looking for a kind, dependable, and compassionate IHSS care provider to assist an older woman in her home. This position is a wonderful fit for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with older adults and understands that caregiving is about more than completing household tasks. We are hoping to find someone who can provide a helping hand while also bringing warmth, conversation, and companionship into her day. The position provides approximately 59 hours every two weeks, with a start date at the beginning of October. Responsibilities include light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, meal preparation, grocery shopping, errands, and general household assistance. Just as importantly, the position includes companionship, conversation, and spending quality time together. We are looking for someone who is:

• Dependable and punctual
• Kind, patient, and easy to be around
• Comfortable helping with everyday household tasks
• Able to take initiative and notice what needs to be done
• Trustworthy and respectful of another person's home
• Someone who truly enjoys providing companionship and helping another person maintain a comfortable home and daily routine
