Taylored Care® is looking for compassionate, dependable individuals to support children and adults with developmental disabilities who communicate using ASL. No caregiving experience is required. If you're fluent in ASL and enjoy helping others, we'll provide the training you need to succeed. What You'll Do Communicate with individuals using American Sign Language (ASL) Provide companionship and one-on-one support Assist with daily living activities based on each person's individual needs Encourage independence and community involvement Support recreational and social activities Document services provided Work closely with our supportive care team Qualifications Ability to communicate using American Sign Language (ASL) Compassionate, patient, and dependable At least 18 years old Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass a background check Previous caregiving experience is welcome but not required. We encourage ASL students, interpreters, CODAs, and anyone fluent in ASL who enjoys helping others to apply.
