Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our assisted living community. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature to ensure residents' health is maintained Support residents with memory care needs, including those with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia Administer medication following prescribed guidelines while maintaining accurate documentation Engage residents in social activities and therapeutic programs to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being Practice safe patient lifting techniques and manual handling procedures to prevent injury for both residents and staff Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the living environment, including light housekeeping and meal preparation Qualifications Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or residential care homes is highly preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, and memory support strategies Ability to assist with ADLs and provide personal care with compassion and professionalism Certification in CPR and First Aid is required; ongoing training is encouraged Experience working with individuals with developmental or cognitive disabilities is advantageous Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and support residents' mobility needs safely Familiarity with resident's rights, safe patient lifting practices, medication administration, and behavior management techniques Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to enriching lives through compassionate caregiving. Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
