Memory Caregiver, You Will:

Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients with dementia and Alzheimer's disease Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Provide patient and respectful care for clients experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes Use appropriate redirection and reassurance techniques when clients become confused, anxious, or distressed Encourage safe social engagement and meaningful activities Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Monitor and communicate changes in a client's condition or behavior to the appropriate family member or office staff Establish positive and professional relationships with clients, families, and coworkers Accompany clients to local medical appointments or errands when needed Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering scheduled shifts

Job Requirements:
