In this role, you will provide personalized care and support in clients' homes, helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Provide meal preparation and cooking services, catering to dietary restrictions and preferences. Support clients with medication reminders. Engage clients in social activities to promote emotional well-being and companionship. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to the care team. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including accompanying clients to appointments or social events. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in home care, or senior care is required. Knowledge of care plans and the ability to follow instructions from healthcare professionals. Basic cooking skills with an understanding of meal preparation for special dietary needs. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or transfers. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach towards client care. Reliable, punctual, and able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Required Availability:
