Job Description

Transitional Housing Department Project New Hope Project New Hope provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families living with HIV/AIDS, as well as seniors with chronic health conditions. We are currently seeking an Direct Care Staff member to support our Transitional Housing program serving single adults living with

HIV/AIDS.

Schedule :

Sunday & Monday:

Overnight (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM)

Position Responsibilities:

Provide active client observation and engagement Support residents with maintaining a safe and structured environment Complete required documentation and shift reports Perform general housekeeping and facility monitoring duties

Qualifications:

Experience working with individuals with substance use and/or mental health challenges preferred Ability to maintain professional boundaries and respond appropriately in crisis situations Strong communication and documentation skills Must be able to pass a background clearance If you are compassionate, dependable, and committed to serving vulnerable populations, we encourage you to apply.
