Job Description

Part-Time Caregiver Twine - 4.0 Manhattan Beach, CA Job Details Part-time $28 - $30 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications CPR Certification Driver's License First Aid Certification Preschool experience Nannying Full Job Description Overview $28-30 an hour, on payroll with taxes withheld, and a schedule planned around your semester. That's the short version. Twine builds small teams of professional caregivers for South Bay families. We call each team a bench: three caregivers who know the kids, planned around the family's school calendar months in advance. You'd be one of the three. What the job pays and how: Start at $28 an hour. Lead caregivers earn $30, a tier you can reach, not a negotiation. A W-2 job: taxes withheld, workers' comp, pay stubs, proof of income. Paid on time, every time. Every other Friday, direct deposit. A schedule that fills. We book around school calendars months out: half-days, breaks, teacher workdays. Most hours are planned weeks ahead, and you accept what fits your semester. Twine covers the background screening and TrustLine registration.
What the work looks like:
You're matched with two or three families in Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Beach, or Redondo Beach, and you stay with them. Pickups, after-school hours, no-school days, the occasional full day during breaks. The families know your name before you walk in the door, because we introduce every caregiver personally.
Who does well here:
Candidates with childcare, camp, or preschool experience are welcome.
Real experience with kids:
nannying, preschool or camp work, regular babysitting for the same families. A schedule with dependable open blocks, afternoons especially. Current pediatric CPR and first aid certification, and a driver's license with a clean record. Both are part of our vetting. People who want steady, planned hours instead of scraps from an app. We hire in small groups and we're selective on purpose. Every caregiver on a bench is someone we know. Stacey, our Founding Head of Community, reads every application herself and answers every one within the week. No cover letter needed. Tell us who you are. Apply here on Indeed or visit twinefamily.com/careers. Stacey answers, not a filter. If we're a match, next steps are a conversation with Stacey, an interview with our founder, then a meet with a family. Join the bench. Twine Family • South Bay, CA twinefamily.com/careers
