Provide companionship and emotional support. Encourage resident independence while preserving dignity and respect. Assist with meals, hydration, and life enrichment activities. Observe and report changes in residents' physical or emotional condition. Maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with the Wellness Director and interdisciplinary care team.
