Responsibilities Assist residents with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores. Monitor residents' health and safety, responding promptly to any emergencies or concerns. Support residents in developing life skills and encouraging their participation in community activities. Maintain accurate documentation of resident progress and incidents in accordance with organizational policies. Foster a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes dignity and independence. Collaborate with team members, healthcare providers, and families to ensure comprehensive care for residents. Skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
