Flexible Scheduling Who We're Looking For:

We welcome individuals with professional caregiving experience in a home care agency , hospital , facility , or clinical setting .

Please note:

Experience caring for a family member or exclusively performing private care (not through an agency or facility) does not qualify as professional experience for this role.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors Registered with the California Home Care Aide Registry (must be active at time of hire) Ability to pass a Live Scan background check and TB test Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)

What You'll Do:

Provide non-medical, in-home support to clients with a variety of care needs Offer emotional support and companionship Demonstrate reliability, empathy, and patience Support individuals with unique behavioral or mobility needs Assist with daily activities including standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and lifting (up to 25 lbs) Enjoy flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and split shifts

Schedule Options Include:
