Role Overview:
As a Male Caregiver at Homewatch CareGivers of Ventura, you will be responsible for implementing personalized care plans and assisting clients with their daily needs. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our dedicated team to support clients in remaining safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Whether you work as part of a full-time or part-time team, you'll have the flexibility to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement personalized care plans tailored to each client's unique needs. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Document and communicate changes in client conditions to the care team.
Qualifications:
You're a great fit if you have the following skills. Experience in caregiving or a related field. Strong communication skills in English. A compassionate and patient demeanor. A reliable and responsible work ethic. Ability to follow care plans and instructions.
Bonus If You:
Have a certification in CPR and First Aid. Are trained in special needs caregiving. Have experience with elderly or disabled clients.
Employment Type & Availability:
This position is available as both Full-Time and Part-Time, with availability needed throughout the week, including weekends.
Location:
This position is on-site only in Ventura, California.
