The successful candidate will lead a team of care aids staff, coordinate client care, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to supporting individuals with disabilities through compassionate and professional service. Duties Supervise care aids staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure effective service delivery. Oversee the coordination of in-home care services for clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and compassion. Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and organizational standards related to social services and in-home care. Develop and manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation. Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and interdisciplinary teams to facilitate understanding and address concerns. Utilize Microsoft Office tools to prepare reports, documentation, and correspondence related to program operations. Lead efforts in care aids administration with a focus on quality improvement and client satisfaction. Support staff in handling complex cases involving individuals with disabilities, ensuring appropriate interventions are implemented. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Ensure documentation is accurate, timely, and adheres to all compliance requirements. Experience Proven experience supervising care aids staff within a non-medical setting. Demonstrated leadership in care aids administration with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working directly with individuals with disabilities is highly preferred. Strong writing skills for report writing, documentation, and communication purposes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to in-home care programs. Ability to communicate clearly with clients, families, team members, and community partners. Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
