Job Description
Responsibilities Provide compassionate and personalized care to elderly patients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and safety. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Monitor patients' health and report any changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate records of patient care and progress. Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans. Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in the caregiving environment. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to the Care Coordinator, your core skills in patient care and daily living assistance will be essential in supporting clients with various needs. Your premium skills in geriatrics will enhance the quality of service you provide and will contribute to effective health management.
