Park Plaza Senior Living We are seeking a dedicated Medication Technician/caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and dementia care, medication records management, and resident caregiving. Duties:

• Assist in providing resident care and support
• Manage medical records accurately and efficiently
• Utilize QMAR systems for documentation and data entry
• Provide compassionate care in memory care, hospice care, and other non medical settings.

Experience:

• Previous experience in dementia care, hospice care, or memory care is preferred
• Familiarity with medication terminology and resident care practices
• Proficiency in using QMAR systems for medication record management
