Overview Join our team as a Medical Technician / Personal Care Giver, You will be instrumental in providing essential Resident care, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the well-being of those with a need for personal activities of daily living. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive personal care services including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and hygiene to promote independence and dignity. Monitor and record Medication management using EMR (Electronic Medical Record) Assist with medication administration following prescribed protocols while maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA regulations to protect resident confidentiality. Support residents with specialized needs such as Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, hospice care, or working with individuals with aging assistant needs. Maintain detailed records and documentation of resident care activities for seamless communication. Collaborate with staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal resident outcomes in community-based home care environments. Skills Proven experience in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, hospitals, or home care environments demonstrating strong caregiving abilities. Familiarity with accurate documentation and recordkeeping. Ability to work effectively with aging individuals with disabilities or health conditions such as Alzheimer's disease or dementia. Excellent communication skills to interact empathetically with residents and collaborate seamlessly with teams. Understanding of HIPAA compliance standards to ensure resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
