Hospitality Aide Desert Springs Post Acute -
Palm Desert, CA Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour DOE Desert Springs Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and customer-service-oriented Hospitality Aide to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare who enjoy helping others and creating a welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff. As a Hospitality Aide, you will provide non-clinical support to residents and assist the nursing team with tasks that enhance resident comfort, satisfaction, and quality of life. Responsibilities Welcome new residents and assist with orientation to the facility. Deliver water, snacks, meals, and other comfort items as requested. Assist residents with non-clinical needs and daily comfort measures. Escort residents to activities, appointments, and dining areas. Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas. Restock supplies throughout the facility. Assist with resident engagement and social activities. Answer call lights and communicate resident needs to nursing staff. Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and visitors. Support the nursing team with non-direct care tasks as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, caregiving, or healthcare experience is a plus. Friendly, compassionate, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
