The client requires physical assistance with mobility, transfers, and daily activities. The ideal candidate must be dependable, physically capable, and committed to providing high quality care Experience with physical disabilities is strongly preferred. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with feeding when necessary Administer medications accurately following care plans and HIPAA privacy regulations Support clients with mobility transfers Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry Transportation to appointments and errands as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Requirements Must be enrolled and active registered IHSS provider Must have a valid caregiver certification or license (CNA) Certification in CPR and First Aid is required preferred Experience working with individuals with developmental and physical disabilities preferred Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare teams Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often necessary for community based care roles Must be able to lift and carry patient safely when needed Must be comfortable assisting with mobility and transfers If you believe you are a good candidate, please respond with your IHSS / Caregiving certification, availability, resume, and a brief summary of your experience working with physical disabilities.
