We're looking for compassionate, dependable, and dedicated caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities throughout Palo Alto and surrounding areas . Whether you're an experienced caregiver or looking to grow your career in home care, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Perform light housekeeping and medication reminders. Support clients with mobility and transfers (Hoyer lift experience is a plus). Monitor clients' well-being and report any changes. Follow individualized care plans while maintaining client dignity and privacy. What We're Looking For Compassionate, patient, and reliable individuals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or caregiving is preferred. Knowledge of Alzheimer's, dementia, or memory care is a plus.
