Job:

We are looking to hire a Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) for Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings from 6:00 AM to 2:15 PM each week. There could also be additional hours available in the evenings, depending on the needs of the facility. Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment. Must have a California drivers license to be added to our company auto-insurance policy to transport clients in company vehicles. Paid EVERY week at $20/hour. Overtime pay is $30/hour.

Job Duties:

• Job duties include administrative tasks, compliance, med pass, training other staff, documentation, leading groups, updating paperwork, computer work, using various software systems, helping the clients, cleaning, laundry, AMA blocking, utilizing Kipu.

Job duties also include transporting clients (must have a CA drivers license and good driving record), helping with meals, dishes, laundry, cleaning, washing vehicles, bed turnover, room checks, vacuuming. Also, medication pass, vitals and CIWAS. Following company protocol.

Other duties include:

this is NOT a job for a counselor. You will NOT be counseling the clients. Your primary role is to follow company policies and procedures, and perform assigned tasks.
