Job Description
Senior Helpers East San Diego is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers who are available to work during the weekends. If you enjoy helping others and want a flexible part-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Provide compassionate, non-medical care to seniors in their homes Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and grooming Provide companionship and conversation Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Support clients with mobility and daily activities Follow the client's care plan and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Reliable and compassionate caregivers Weekend availability is preferred Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but experience is not always required Valid California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background and compliance checks What We Offer $20.50-$22.00/hour , depending on experience and client needs Flexible part-time schedules Paid orientation and training Opportunities for additional hours based on client needs Supportive recruitment and scheduling team $100 caregiver referral bonus after the referred caregiver completes 3 shifts
