Looking for an exceptional Family Assistant to help keep our busy household running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves children, enjoys creating organization, and takes pride in making a family's day-to-day life easier. I have three wonderful children (ages 8, 7, and 5 ) who are active in school, sports, and extracurricular activities. We are looking for someone who can step in during our busiest times - primarily Wednesday and Thursday afternoons/evenings (3:00 PM-9:00 PM) and every other weekend (flexible hours). This position combines after-school childcare, driving, meal preparation, errands, organization, and household management. I'm looking for someone who naturally takes initiative, notices what needs to be done, and enjoys creating calm and order in a busy home. Responsibilities - Childcare & Family Support School pickups and transportation to activities Safe, reliable driving with an excellent driving record After-school supervision and homework support Preparing healthy snacks and simple family dinners Assisting with bedtime routines when needed Planning fun, engaging activities for the children Household Management Grocery shopping and household errands Meal planning and meal preparation Laundry, folding, and organizing Daily kitchen cleanup and household resets Keeping common areas tidy and organized Organizing children's rooms, closets, and toys Restocking household supplies and managing shopping lists Returns, donations, dry cleaning, and package management Preparing for family travel and unpacking afterward Coordinating with house cleaners and other household vendors when needed Household Organization Helping maintain efficient household systems Anticipating needs before being asked Keeping the home organized and ready for busy family life Assisting with special projects and seasonal organization Who You Are Warm, dependable, and genuinely enjoys working with children Highly organized and naturally proactive Self-starter who doesn't need constant direction Calm under pressure and able to multitask Professional, trustworthy, and respectful of a private household Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail Takes ownership and enjoys making life easier for others Requirements Reliable personal vehicle Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record Comfortable transporting children safely Authorized to work in the United States Reliable and punctual Bilingual candidates are a plus Excellent references required We're hoping to find someone who is looking for a long-term position and wants to become a trusted part of our family's routine.
