Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate Home Care Aides to provide essential assistance and support to individuals in their homes. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients.

Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
• Help with mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation
• Document care provided and report any changes in the client's condition to the supervisor

Requirements:

• Knowledge of resident rights and ability to uphold them
• Experience or training in hospice care is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with nurses and healthcare professionals
• Proficiency in first aid techniques
• Capacity to perform light cleaning duties and assist with heavy lifting when necessary
• Familiarity with assisted living environments and protocols
