• Independently Owned & Operated $21-$23/hr base + $2/hr attendance bonus

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN caregiver shifts Caregivers in Richmond and San Pablo — work close to home We are hiring caregivers who live in Richmond, San Pablo, and El Sobrante for in-home senior care shifts just up San Pablo Avenue in Pinole, Hercules, and Rodeo. Ten to twenty minutes, no bridge toll, no Interstate 80 crawl into Oakland. Caregiver, CNA, HHA, personal care aide, companion, assisted living, and memory care experience all transfer. No agency background required. We train. Where you'll be working Client shifts in Pinole, Hercules, Rodeo, Crockett, and Port Costa. We schedule around where you live in West County and keep your drives between clients short. What a Home Care Aide does here Companionship, conversation, and emotional support for seniors at home Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and oral hygiene Meal planning, cooking, grocery shopping, and light housekeeping Medication reminders and monitoring client well-being Transferring, ambulating, and safe repositioning Reporting changes in a client's physical, mental, or emotional condition promptly Accurate care notes and mobile clock-in / clock-out You'll do well here if you Genuinely enjoy caring for older adults Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the office Show up on time, every shift Bring patience and warmth into someone's home Speak Spanish, Tagalog, or another second language (a strong plus, not required) Caregiver requirements High school diploma or GED Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) with the State of California, or willing to register — we walk you through it Current 2-step TB test, or able to obtain CPR / First Aid certification, or able to obtain Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Able to pass a national criminal background check and be bondable Satisfactory professional and personal references Able to complete SYNERGY HomeCare orientation and online training Able to perform light to moderate physical activity: standing, walking, kneeling, and assisting with repositioning Caregiver pay and benefits $21.00-$23.00 per hour base pay, set by experience $2.00/hr attendance bonus — work every scheduled shift in the month and the bonus is applied retroactively to all hours you worked that month 401(k) retirement plan (eligibility requirements apply) Flexible weekday, weekend, overnight, and live-in caregiver shifts Paid ongoing training, including dementia, Parkinson's, and hospice support tracks Company-paid HCA Registry renewal and CPR / First Aid recertification Referral bonuses and a published caregiver career path — Caregiver Senior Caregiver Lead / Mentor Fast onboarding — start working quickly once cleared Why caregivers stay with us We are a locally owned SYNERGY HomeCare office, not a call center.
