Responsibilities include assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), safe mobility and transfers, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and meaningful companionship. You'll observe and report changes in client condition, follow individualized care plans, and collaborate with families and care teams.
