- Almond Blossom Place Job Overview Almond Blossom Place is a small, compassionate residential care home providing personalized care in a warm, home-like setting.
We are seeking dependable, caring caregivers who enjoy helping older adults maintain their dignity, comfort, safety, and independence. You will work closely with a small number of residents, providing individualized support with daily living, mobility, medications, memory care, meals, and companionship. On-the-job training and ongoing education are provided. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, mobility, transfers, and repositioning. Provide compassionate care and supervision for residents with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory loss, or other age-related conditions. Assist with medications according to facility policies, physician orders, and applicable RCFE requirements. Monitor and report changes in residents' condition, behavior, mobility, appetite, or well-being. Obtain and document vital signs when trained and directed. Prepare and serve meals and snacks according to residents' preferences and dietary needs. Provide companionship and encourage activities, conversation, socialization, and daily routines. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, dishes, and other tasks that maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home. Follow infection-control, emergency, resident-safety, and medication-management procedures. Complete documentation accurately and communicate respectfully with residents, families, coworkers, and healthcare providers. Protect resident privacy, dignity, confidentiality, and rights. Participate in required orientation, dementia education, safety training, and ongoing education. Qualifications Caregiver, CNA, assisted living, memory care, or residential care experience preferred, but not required. Experience caring for older adults or individuals with dementia is a plus. Compassionate, patient, dependable, respectful, and comfortable assisting with personal care. Able to safely perform the physical duties of caregiving, including transfers and mobility assistance. Strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable attendance and punctuality. Must complete required RCFE clearances and training. CPR/First Aid certification required within 30 days of hire. Willingness to complete ongoing training and education. Available Shifts Morning, afternoon/evening, and overnight shifts are available: 6:00 AM

- 6:00 AM Weekend rotation and availability is appreciated.
