Job Summary:

As a caregiver, you will ensure the safety, health, and engagement of our clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will tailor activities to their unique interests, provide personal care, and create moments that bring happiness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Assist with incontinence care and transfers/ADLs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Run errands and provide transportation for appointments
• Offer companionship and support cognitive and emotional well-being
• Provide dementia care when required

Job Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
• Able to push or lift at least 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance
• Reliable transportation (willing to travel up to 25 miles for shifts if needed)
• Fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption
• Current TB skin test or clear X-ray
• Fingerprint clearance (Live Scan)
• HCA (Home Care Aide) Registry

Golden Years Shift Availability:

• Day shifts (preferred)
• Night shifts (preferred)
• Overnight shifts (preferred)

Pay & Incentives:

• $100 sign-on bonus after 30 days and 40 hours worked
• Competitive pay based on experience
• Weekend and last-minute emergency fill-in bonuses ($25 for weekend fill-ins)
