We have immediate opportunities throughout Sacramento and Fair Oaks, including guaranteed full-time hours for staff with flexible availability. We are also building a strong team of backup and on-call professionals to help cover open and urgent shifts. Want to earn more? Higher pay is available for qualified staff who accept specialized assignments involving suctioning, tube feeding, and hands-on personal care. Required training and authorization must be completed before providing specialized services. What You'll Do Assist with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and other daily living activities Provide toileting and incontinence care, including changing adult briefs Support independence, community outings, and social activities Follow person-centered plans, behavioral strategies, and daily routines Provide encouragement, positive redirection, and consistent support Assist with transfers and mobility as needed Complete accurate and timely service documentation Assist with medications when trained and authorized Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe home environment Communicate professionally with clients, families, supervisors, and team members Provide suctioning and tube-feeding support when properly trained and authorized Help cover backup or on-call shifts based on availability Earn More With Specialized Care Assignments Qualified staff may receive a higher rate of pay for assignments requiring: Suctioning Tube feeding Changing adult briefs and providing incontinence care Transfers and mobility assistance Close observation of individuals with complex support needs Careful adherence to client-specific plans and safety procedures Previous experience is preferred, but applicants willing and able to complete the required training are encouraged to apply. What We're Looking For At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent Compassionate, dependable, and professional Comfortable providing hands-on personal and incontinence care Able to assist with transfers and remain active throughout the shift Valid California driver's license Reliable transportation and current auto insurance Able to travel to assignments throughout Sacramento and Fair Oaks Able to complete a DOJ/FBI Live Scan within 24 hours of receiving an offer Current CPR/First Aid certification and TB/health screening, or willingness to obtain them promptly Able to complete required new-hire, in-service, and client-specific training DSP, caregiving, suctioning, tube-feeding, or complex-care experience is preferred Scheduling Opportunities Guaranteed full-time hours Regularly scheduled shifts Backup and on-call coverage Morning, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts Opportunities to pick up additional hours Why Join Vision Life?
