This rewarding position allows you to provide personalized care in the comfort of clients' homes while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. We are not a facility-based service. Caregivers travel to clients' homes—typically no more than 15-20 miles from your residence—to provide one-on-one care. -
Available Assignment:
Devore- Female client with Parkinson's, Bed bound, hoyer lift, assist with transfers, dementia, sundowners. Has an inside dog.Schedule:
Wednesday 6AM-2PMAND THURSDAY-SUNDAY 2PM-8PM MUST BE ABLE TO DO ALL OF THE SHIFTS
Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and assist with feeding as required Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide transportation for errands or appointments as assigned Qualifications At least one year of caregiving experience with the elderly is highly desirable (in-home care, assisted living, nursing homes, or group homes). Relevant family caregiving experience may be considered Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals Physical ability to perform job duties, including patient transfers (including Hoyer lifts), and prolonged standing or walking Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented with a genuine desire to improve clients' lives- Valid California driver's license, reliable vehicle, current auto insurance, and a 3-year DMV driving record
- Must be registered with the State of California as a Home Care Aide (assistance with registration is available, if needed)
